Just a note to keep the diary going…
I am alive.
All my students are (thus far) alive.
My computers are (mostly) dead.
But I love and miss you all…and will be back soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

aha! Now I know where yu have been. I have been missing yu and I too have pc trouble. Cant defragment as some utility is LOCKED and it will not let me unlock it! Shades of 2001 and HAL. And on the disk is 1,200 blisters? What the hell is that??? But i can still write,,,,alexias

10/2/03 This new unified diary is a gem! It’s what I wanted in the first place and made myself a nuisance complaining about having separate diaries instead. One diary is all you need now. Everyone is just a click away, except those who use the blocking facility. At $24/yr, it’s a bargain, so I joined it.
