Ick
So I’m trying to like green tea. It’s a bit of a challenge at the moment. I only started liking normal tea like a month ago in America because Lara drank it instead of coffee. I’m a huge coffee girl, I always have been. I have a coffee every morning before work starts. We have our own coffee man at work he’s amazing. That’s my one treat in the day I refuse to give up in trying to lose weight. Go to hell haha. ANYWHO I got off track there. I always knew green tea was really good for you but I read on this body building fitness site that they drink it 2-3 times a day because of the metabolisers in it and it stabolises your blood sugar levels to which stops you craving crap. So I’m trying to like it, I like it at first, the first half of the cup isn’t horrible, but the last bit.. BLEH! I just skull it lol. I’ll get used to it.
I weighed myself last week and i was 65KG.. Say WHAT NOW?! I knew I was eating a lot but it was all healthy stuff, my portions were just too big, which I was aware of but not changing. Anywho I’m back down to 63kg so a lot of it could’ve been water weight too. Back to being healthy. My problem is at work, I always buy lunch, they make the nicest foods. n I’ve been making wraps instead. Chicken or salmon with avocado spinach and wholegrain mustard in mountain bread. Eating more nuts and fruits etc for snacks instead of muesli bars etc which aren’t that bad or calorie dense but it’s just crap… My body doesn’t need it so I’m not putting it in.
I’ve always felt quite smal. But I’ve started doing bikram yoga, which is in front of a mirror, and I’ve realised that I’m so wide across my hips. I’m not a petite person and I’m by no means fat, but I’m really not happy with how my body looks right now. I have put on muscle mass but I’m not losing, so I need to be stricter with food intake.

Anyways this is a whole lot of nothing but I need to go put makeup on, I’m going out for tea with Jade for Hogs Breath. So excited for a fat steak lol.
Your entries always make me feel guilty about my diet and lack of exercise! I’m off swimming this morning though and I’ll go and buy lots of healthy food at the supermarket afterwards – you’ve motivated me so thanks! Haha x

I don’t hold much hope of ever being below 160lbs again.. I never can seem to get any lower :/ and I’ve gained like 7lbs dealing with the whole Dylon situation. I don’t know how because I was barely eating. But granted, I never go anywhere or do anything besides housework so I guess it’s to be expected. I feel like a whale!! I’m not a fan of green tea either bleh

we are both into this healthy eating/lifestyle thing, it’s great! And we’re both around the same weight hehe. But you do WAY more exercise than me, which isn’t hard as I do NONE! For the record, I think your body is amazballs. I would totally bang it. Do you know how tall you are? Miss and love you xo

ryn: We’ll I’m 164CM so your probably right 🙂 I agree, I need my meat, I’m borderline aneamic so I need to eat red meat at least twice a week (dr’s orders!). When I said that to my dad he said “you can take a vitamin instead.” WHY TAKE A VITAMIN IF I CAN GET IT IN MY FOOD?! Why you having a crappy day hun? xo

RYN: Yeah gum disease isn’t good. But I floss anyway lol. Who doesn’t floss?! Apparently if you have a gum disease you’d know it. I know I have some tatar but I really need a good clean. Luckily I’m going to the dentist in 2 weeks 🙂 Turns out it’s NOT illegal. I’ll be on the books, so it’s okay. I’ll be on the books but I just won’t be actually coming in to do anything. Apparently a lotof family businesses do that, and thats what Shane and Garry did early on in the days at their accountant’s recommendation. Then she got bored so started actually coming in to help out anyway. No jail for me thanks.
