so I’m officially in surfers paradise. It’s kinda colder here. Not tassie-in-September-where-the-hell-is-my-jacket cold, but it was like 30 up there every day with 100% humidity. Here there’s a sea breeze, it’s only 22-25ish. Still nothing to whinge about. We’re on the 22nd floor right on the beach. It’s gorgeous waking up and eating breakfast watching surfers getting the morning waves and spotting the whales. Geard and I only have two singles in our room, we’ve just been taking it turns to sneak into each others beds during the night. It prob would be logical to push the two together but it’s hot anyway and our fan isn’t working.. Not til Monday.

we went to dreamworld today. Lots and lots of fun. I haven’t been since I was 16 so quite a while. I went on all the crazy rides and roller coasters. I did the giant drop again, I chickened last time I went there but didn’t think twice about it today. My Aussie readers will know how intense-crazy-bullshit it is! Only mum and I did it.. Geard dad and my brother chickened….. Losers lol. I’m so exhausted now, such a huge day.

I’m seriously running out of funds very quickly and it’s starting to stress me a little bit :/ I just have to be very careful for the next week and a half and no bad splurges. I don’t want to fuck myself over when I get home. Only annoying thing about being an independent contractor… No holiday pay. Blah. Imma be so skint by the time I get back to tas.

tomorrow were going to pacific fair which is a big shopping centre. I’ll just be window shopping I think. I’ll spend if I have funds towards the end of the holiday. It’s a bummer but I have unlimited entry to dreamworld, whitewater world, movieworld, seaworld and wet n wild so that’ll keep me entertained if I end up broke.

geards being such a boy lately. He’s really good when he and i go shopping but here he either drags behind or wanders right up ahead looking bored and making us all feel bad. He just came into our room then and got into bed without saying anything. I was all WTF dude and he goes on about how things can’t be all my way. The fuck?! Overrrrrrr his bullshit moods it’s not fair :(. Over being blamed when I bring it up too. *pulls out hair*
