80 Day WLC – Day 7
What is your least favorite healthy food?
This one is pretty easy. I’m not a big berry person, aside from strawberries and blackberries, so I don’t like blueberries or raspberries. As far as veggies, I can’t eat onions at all because they make me deathly ill (and that’s not an exaggeration), I don’t like peppers, cauliflower, beets, brussel sprouts…..and I think that’s about it. Oh, I like spinach if it’s in stuff, like a casserole or something like that, but I can’t just sit and eat it by itself….icky poo!
Weekly weigh-in was today, which I was worried about since I just weighed on Tuesday (which was 216). Ready for today’s weigh-in number…..a mere four days later??? Drum roll please………213.8!!!!!!! Down 2.2 pounds in four days…..GO ME!!! I have high hopes of achieving my 20 pound weight loss goal within the 80 days!
Okay, time to get my nasty self in the shower, brush my fangs, and get dressed so hubs and I can head to the grocery store.
