Ugh!

It’s cold and icky here, and it’s supposed to snow tomorrow. I’m really not looking forward to getting Aiden out in the cold and snow. Hopefully it won’t stick or anything. All this goofy weather fluctuation has caused me to get sick. Not awful-horrible sick or anything, but I’ve got a bad cold, and since I’m still nursing Aiden, there isn’t a whole lot I can safely take. Due to being sick, I really don’t want to go to work tomorrow, but at least it is a check.

In other news, Aiden is over 9 months old now. We have his well-child check-up on Tuesday. He went to the urologist last Tuesday due to some abnormalities he had with his circumcision, and we found out it isn’t anything we need to worry about. That was a relief. He was 21 1/2 pounds at that appointment. I’m curious to see what he weighs Tuesday.

I unfortunately still haven’t even seen Chris’ pics of Aiden from Halloween. It’s not on his priority list to get them ready for me, so I may be waiting awhile. *sigh*

As crazy as the holidays always are, I’m surprisingly excited about them this year. It’s going to be hard with it being the first year without Chris’ dad, but it is also the first year WITH Aiden. Bitter sweet, I guess. I do have almost all of our family members bought for. That’s truly a great feeling!

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!
