Spring Break

It is spring break week this week for me. The middle school I’ve been working at is on break, so I decided to take the whole week off. I haven’t accepted a single job this whole week, and it’s felt WONDERFUL! Monday we mostly hung around the house. Nate came over for most of the day, so it was good. Tuesday we went to the Indy zoo and bought a family membership plus 2. I’m hoping we get a lot of use out of it, though if we go 4 times, we will have more than made our money back on it. Today we made a trip to Sam’s Club and stocked up on essentials and some meat and then visited with my grandparents this evening. Not sure what’s in store for the rest of the week, but I’m hoping it’s nice and relaxing. Poor Aiden is teething again, and he woke up with a fever this morning. He’s been sleepy and crabby and clingy all day. Poor kiddo! I really hope he sleeps well tonight and is feeling better tomorrow. It’s been a long day for sure!
