This made me smile

One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a
well. The animal cried piteously for hours as
the farmer tried to figure out what to do.

Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the
well needed to be covered up anyway;
it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbors to come over and
help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began
to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the
donkey realized what was happening and cried
horribly. Then, to everyone’s amazement he
quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally
looked down the well. He was astonished at what
he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his
back, the donkey was doing something amazing.
He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer’s neighbors continued to shovel
dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it
off and take a step up.

Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey
stepped up over the edge of the well and
happily trotted off!

Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds
of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well
is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of
our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out
of the deepest wells just by not stopping,
never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

Free your heart from hatred – Forgive..

Free your mind from worries – Most never happen.

Live simply and appreciate what you have.

Give more.

Expect less

The gash from the bite got infected and
the farmer eventually died in agony from septic shock.

MORAL FROM TODAY’S LESSON:

When you do something wrong, and try to cover
your ass, it always comes back to bite you.

Typically, my rule of thumb is to avoid situations that have the chance to be dicey at all costs… but some people love the drama. It’s going to be weird. No getting around that. There’s a reason why people typically prefer clean breaks when relationships are over. The history left behind is usually not good. In the end, you’ll do what you want. Seems silly to say, but true. Just be careful.

hahaha, that is a good part. I like it when he catches up to the 3 and goes, “what are 3 gryffindors such as yourselfs doing inside on a day like this?” and then he glares at Harry. That look is just awesome! I’m a huge fan of his. These movies definitely added to that. 🙂 You’ll figure out the whole feelings thing. One day you’ll wake up and it won’t be a big mess anymore and it will make sense and you’ll know how you feel. It just takes time, as much as that sucks. I don’t have a tv in my room, I watched it on my laptop. Much smaller but still nice 🙂

Ya know, as I was watching it, when he walks away I thought, “his robes look sweet when he walks away like that.” So it’s not just me! I’ve been a fan of his for about 9 years. When he was in Dogma I was pretty impressed with his acting. I remember my brother making me watch it and I’m pretty sure I was obsessed with his accent after that. To be honest though, I’m a die hard Johnny Depp fan. He’s my number one man. But Alan is surely in the top 5.

I have tryed everything and I agree music helps. I listen to piano and sometimes violin music. What kind of dreams keep you up at night? You are very young and I don’t think you look like someone who has demons hunting for them. Please explain, it may help both of us.

To understand my struggles would take a very long conversation or private email. You are correct, I now have a career and I love my job and hide in it. My ex-girl friend didn’t like me hiding in my work. Ohh Well, I will deal with my life one day at a time.

Uh oh..”one of those fans”..?? that doesn’t sound good! I have seen Sweeney Todd, I own it. 🙂 I think they both did a really good job in that movie. Alan is a little on the creepy side with the girl but he plays it well. And Johnny, he can sing! A lot of people said his singing sucked but for an actor to belt out like he did, I think he did amazing. Maybe I’ll rent that movie and watch it when I return Harry Potter.

Ohhh, I get what you meant. Yeah, he’s not my number 1, Johnny is. He’s up there though! You should watch the whole thing! It really is a good movie. With actors like Johnny and Alan in it, should you expect any less?
