My sister left last night, along with her two children. The house hasn’t been this quiet in a while.

Supposedly when her stupid husband arrived, he was high. He drove this way at least an hour and a half away from where we live. He drove this way with a wife, a toddler, and a new born in the same car. Really? God…sometimes I love hating stupid people.

What I don’t understand is why she keeps going back to him. All he does is hurt both her and the girls. He doesn’t physically abuse them, thank God, but he’s ditching them. He likes to control her, make sure she can’t do anything with her life. He doesn’t want her doing Mary Kay, he leaves her alone all the time and rarely helps with the girls, he goes off and partys only to come back to wherever they are forced to live and be drunk. What kind of parent is that?

My sister is so stupid. It’s so obvious that he’s bad news but why does she stay with him? I know why…cos she’s an idiot. I love her to death but wow. Why on earth would she want to be with someone who so obviously doesn’t care about her or the daughters he has created?

I wish I had a chance to talk to her. I guess I sort of did that one night. But how on earth am I supposed to start this conversation? "Hey girl, listen, I think you’re being stupid and you need to hurry up and get the divorce over with because you aren’t helping anyone by staying married to this loser." Yeah, that will go down great.

I thought about writing her a letter. Just type something up (because it’s quicker) and letting her know how I feel about all this. Perhaps I can bring her to her senses since she seems to value my opinion. I don’t know…any ideas guys?
