You are my dream complete with me…

Rose and I are friends again. Of course. Our argument lasted about three hours, and then we were fine. I stayed at her house on Friday night, and then again on Saturday night, after her party.

Rose’s party was great. We spent the whole day shopping, with her dad, for huge mounds of food, then setting it out and getting the house and ourselves ready, so that by around 8 all we wanted to do was go to sleep. But people started arriving, and I felt much better. I got such a nice top from New Look (I know, classy bird) which was black chiffon with huge white roses splashed all over it. It was longish, with an asymmetrical hem and only one sleeve. Rose looked stunning too – I’ve never seen her look that good before. She had a top similar to mine but red with black velvet patterns on, and a dusky red silk skirt and she looked beautiful.

At the moment, Rose is somewhat besotted with this girl called Emma, who is the cousin of one of her friends. Rose spent the whole of Saturday fretting about what to say to her at the party. In the end they locked themselves in Rose’s sister’s room for nearly the entire party, and ‘talked’. Which left me to be the hostess, so I got extremely stoned and sat around giggling.

The most exciting news of the YEAR is that I’m going to see JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE!!! Claire and I got tickets for his new dates (20th May) at London Arena. I’m over the moon – and so in love with him! It’s going to be amazing.. fantastic.. eeeek!

Next weekend I’m torn – my Great Aunt is coming over from Toronto, and staying a day with my cousins in Winchester. I can either go for the day to see her, and see them, or go to Kentwell with Kath for the day. I have to go to Kentwell either next weekend or the weekend after, and if Kath can’t change her day then I’ll have to go by myself. Which I really don’t want to do. So.. decisions must be made. I hate stupid decisions.

Oh, as for my C resolution – after about an hour and three glasses of wine on Saturday, I decided that I was going to give up foods beginning with X instead. But I am staying resolute on the cigarette thing – I didn’t have a single one on Saturday night. Anyway, Rose basically made the decision for me by practically shoving an entire bar of chocolate in my mouth. And who am I to resist the force of reason? Or Rose, at least..

Love to everyone – all my FOD friends really mean a lot to me ya know 🙂 (don’t say it.. ‘saddo’..)

Yay!!! We’ll have to compare notes! I’m seeing him before then in Manchester but I’m so pleased you’re going! I don’t have to feel guilty any more!!

Well done for not smoking. Lol, I’m sure there are lots of foods beginning with X and it’s gonna be really hard for ya.

Are there any foods that begin with X? Is there something about Rose’s sexuality that I am unaware of? I ask because you put talked in quotation marks when you were writing about Rose and the girl Emma.

New Look and Justin Timberlake?!?! Who’s the lucky one? LOL. I havent had a good luck around NL for ages..although when I walked past it the other day it looks like its been refurbished cos they’ve got new signs up and different price tags on the clothes. xx

Pweetyness is good. We approve. :o) I didn’t know you smoked… I’m very proud of you for succumbing to reason. Now you can accept that man’s invitation after all! I’m overlooking the Justin Timberlake reference. If I weren’t ignoring it, I’d point out that you Justin-lovers are so unoriginal. But as I am, I won’t. :o) Yay for Rose-friendness again. Love you.

Dear, dear girl, I’m glad you have friends who set you straight when you go astray. How could you ever consider betraying chocolate? It’s a sin, but thank everything holy chocolate doesn’t hold a grudge. 😉 I did that once before – silliest 40 days of my life. Now I’ve given up gossip. Much more productive, I think!
