Singing the Blues

But for once, they are positive. I have no idea what emotions I’ll be experiencing in 24 hours but what an exciting time in Indy. Everything has been decked out in blue. Almost everyone you see is wearing a jersey or something to do with the Colts. I have never seen a city so ready for a championship. The last one was over 30 years ago in a basketball league that no longer exists. Talk about a galvinizing force.

One of the silent special things about this is how the world perceived this city. I remember the Knicks vs. Hicks days. But now, all I hear is how nice the city is and what a class organization. In fact, both teams are class acts. Such a pleasant change. I won’t make any predictions about the game itself because I know not to tick off the football gods. All I can say that if any team and city is due, it is Indy.
