about nothing and everything all at once

just an entry for all the random bits ive forgotten elsewhere

when our landlady turned up to fix the fuse she brought an electrician with her lol, just cuz the switch was too stiff for us, whoops!

btw, these are the ppl im living with:

when the other house (pics below) had a gas leak they called their landlord but he never turned up, the gas was sorted in the end but because they sorted their house through a letting agency they’ve still never met their landlord lol

nottingham looks really gd for nightlife, but it didnt make me feel very safe, i always felt a little uncomfortable there, like being in worcester. i always feel safe in leicester pretty much

nowak (our landlady) came to collect our rent yesterday. tom had got his parents to transfer money into his account to pay it, but he has 2 accounts and managed to bring the chequebook for the wrong account, being tom he checked this the afternoon of the day she was coming. we had to go into town and arse around for ages trying to sort out internet banking for him so he could transfer it to the account he had the chequebook for, we couldnt work out how to do it online for ages, ended up sending 10 pounds into cyberspace somewhere, and eventually worked out how to do it as jens rang the doorbell. it was highly stressful

its raining today  how rubbish, its actually been really nice weather since we’ve been here, its strange because its nice and warm outside but freezing in our house. im lucky cuz my rooms upstairs and its warmer up here, toms room is freezing

i think there must be lots of other things i wanted to say but i cant remember what

ive started a new cross-stitch, of bluetits on a washing line, its lovely
