don’t forget

Hello. This may be one of my longer entries as of late. Then again it may not. It’s 2ish here, and I’ve been online since 1:30ish catching up on things. I deleted many outdated emails from my hotmail box, attempted not to recollect.

I hate working in the garden center. Bagh. The hose attachment leaks a lot and I was out watering plants from 5:45-8:30, and it was windy and chilly out. Probably not that chilly out if I hadn’t have been wet from the hose. The manager was nice enough to give me his coat at about 8ish, so that was nice.  I hadn’t shivered that long and hard for quite a time.  Then they asked me to stay extra. Which is cool because overtime is good, but not cool because I was sneezing and had watery eyes and the whole works. Plus I didn’t get my break at all.  Anyway, I do not understand how I managed to get sick that quickly, but sure enough today I have a fever and everything.

Senior Class Skip Day: May 27th. To go or not to go, that is the question.  I don’t know. I am thinking that I will probably not go to school that day, but I don’t know yet. Rich might want me to. I think some of the seniors are planning stuff to do that day… like actually going somewhere. If I had more school spirit or if I.. well if I was someone else. Then I’d probably go to that.

I like serious people.  Because when they laugh it’s beautiful. Yes.  Serious people laugh beautifully. The most beautiful laugh I know of is from a {mostly} serious person.  It’s only beautiful to me.

Some people laugh a lot. And some people laugh moderately.  Some people have nice sounding laughs. Serious people laugh when things are truly bringing them joy.  I know someone who laughs hard and cannot stop. There is nothing more beautiful than that. Maybe there is and I haven’t seen it yet.  Probably I do not have a very large world. I’m not worldly by any sense of the word. But I don’t think you have to have seen alot of things to have a large world. How deeply you see is as much, if not more, important than how widely you see.

Prom is this Saturday. The theme is Hollywood Flashback. Now, I am not overly fond of that… it sounds kind of odd. Like they’d have cardboard cutouts of John Wayne and Shirley Temple all over the place. But it’s all black and white decor, which is thrilling. That’s not sarcasm, actually. I like black and white… and grays.  Proms are frightening. This will be the third I’ve gone to. This one is different from the other proms I’ve been at. For one thing it’s free. I’d never considered the idea of a free prom. But what that prom planning committee did was ask ASB to raise the prices of all the other dances, so that prom costs could be covered and anyone who wants to could go.  That is very nice.  I wish my sister would go.  Her friend had a boy to hook her up with that wanted to go with her, and she said no. But I’m glad that Stephie is Stephie and I’m glad that she stays true to herself.

Okay then.

So THAT’S why I didn’t see you when I stopped by there last night. I thought you were strictly cashier. Goes to show how much I know. Senior Skip Day: Definately skip, but don’t go to the party. They’re going to get drunk and arrested anyway (happened at mine). Instead, check out the Guide with a couple friends. Good flick.

The Guide has a lot of useful information. Very worthwhile. Concerning Senior Skip Day, same day, and my one teacher for my one class told everyone that he’d mark us down for not skipping before detention for skipping. Once in a lifetime, try it out. Back to the shadows…

senior skip day!!!! skip, skip, skip! its a once in a life time oppertunity! (well you could have more than one chance if you got held back but i don’t think you would!) <3<3<3
