I have felt better since around Monday of this week, but not truly better until about Tuesday/Wednesday.  I ate too much today and felt sick.  What else is new?

I had an appointment with my therapist yesterday.  I think we are done with the annual now.  I hate going through all that paperwork.  Blah..it’s all on the computer now, but still.  I wanted to cry when I was trying to explain something to her, but I couldn’t even do it.  The tears started to come, but then, they dried up quickly.  I don’t know what causes that.  It’s some sort of strange phenomenon.
