2. Current Weight: 187
3. Lowest Weight: 165 in 2002 (the smallest ive ever been)
4. Highest Weight: 230
5. Goal Weight: 135
6. Highest Clothing Size: 20
7. Lowest Clothing Size: 11
8. Favorite Non Diet Food: Tamales
9. Favorite Diet Food: I love me some 100 calorie snack packs..but do those really count?
10. Favorite Exercise: Curves!! Woop!
11. When did you start trying to lose weight: haha..all of my life
12. What made you want to lose weight: Just being unhappy with myself, and not being able to fit into any of my clothes. I woke up one day and realized ive packed on 45 pounds since me and my boyfriend met, it was depressing.
13. What is different about this time: Ive seen the results and have confidence in myself
14. Is your husband/wife/significant other encouraging you: Yes. He has heard me say "im going to lose weight and im serious this time" a million times, and this time he knows that i am serious
15. How do you stay motivated: I try on my old pants that i wore when me and my boyfriend met. Curves helps motivate me more than anything
16. What are some tips you have for weight loss: Water, and watch what you eat. Do something that you will be able to do for the rest of your life. Losing weight isnt something short term it is someting you want to stick with, so find a plan that works for you and stick with it. Its not QUANTITY its QUALITY! lol. Plus surround yourself with successful motivational people, it helps to know that you can do it because they did.
17. When do you exersice: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, i usually dont have time on the weekends due to work
18. Do you do crunches, weights, aerobics, etc: No crunches even though i should. I do eliptical at school and started riding the bike. Also i do curves 3-5 times a week.
19. Any advice for any other dieters out there: Dont make unrealistic goals. Small steps equal your big goals. One baby step at a time.
20. Add anything else inspirational here: Dont make excuses. You try and try and try. Do or Do not, there is no try. With weightloss you either have to give it your all…or you dont try at all. You can do this…you are in control. NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Being overweight for me has been an ongoing battle, you have to be ready to conquer it!

i’d been the same – gained a lot after meeting my boyfriend. it seems to be pretty much the norm throughout the circle. well done on your weightloss so far – you’re doing great!
