Money + Motivation = YMCA MEMBERSHIP!
I have decided to join the YMCA! Woohoo! I still have my curves membership, but i just havent been going lately. BUMMER i know! I found out about water aerobics and i absolutely love the water. I love swimming. It makes me so happy inside to know that I will be able to swim when its cold! How Exciting!
School is going good. This semester is much harder than i thought it would be. I cannot believe that I do this to myself every semester. I have been really stressed but i think i am getting the hang of it. Oh yeah, i joined a soriety! haha. All of my friends are like..YOU? You totally do not look like one of THEM. But they really arent different from any of my other friends. It cracks me up that everyone thinks the members are so much different. I havent learned any secret stuff yet..lol. Hopefully no hazing will go on..Ummm.
I am thinking about doing low carb. I am really trying to talk myself into it. I use to do low carb back in the day, but i quit after about a month and a half, because i couldnt take not eating bread anyone. I think i am going to give myself 90 days to see results, after joining the Y, going to curves, and doing low carb. I know that ive been SAYING i am gonna do it…and then not…but my clothes just arent fitting right. Ugh. I am motivated. I have my iPod, im going to buy 90 days at the YMCA tomorrow (if i keep going ill renew,and if not then i wont) and starting LOWCARB! I really dont want to be miserable. My little brother has lost 75 pounds on it, and thats an inspiration..i think if he can do it, then so can i. I am going to call him tomorrow and get some advice from him. Go grocery shopping and whatnot and prepare for my 2 weeks phase 1.
I have done atkins before..but was wondering what the difference between atkins and south beach is. I pretty much know what i need to know about atkins, but i heard south beach actually allows milk products and fruit after phase 1. I love fruit when ive got it…so yeah. ANYWAY! If i start tomorrow my 90 days will be May 20th. That will be my goal to lose 25 pounds (plus its right before summer) which is awesome! ANYWHO! Gotta go to sleep, ive got class at 9:30 until 2:00, then i have to be back at campus for study hour from 4-7. FUN! NOT! I will try to keep up with everything, just been super BUSY!!!!! MISS YOU ALLL!!!

At least South Beach allows certain carbs back in after the first stages, Atkins is crap because you lose weight, but gain it all back the second you eat carbs again. Low cal is the easist and healthiest way to go, but to each their own 🙂 I should get a membership at a place with a pool. I heart swimming.
