I have everyones weight and trackers as below.
Rules are simple: Just weigh in each week (if you weigh in on a diff day then when we started then just message me when you have an update so i can update your tracker!! Keep a food log and exercise log if you want, but its not required!
Check up on each of these ladies!!! Support does wonders when struggling=) The links work at the bottom of their tickers if you want to just say hi…or help them out!

I’m in!
I am at 152 lbs this morning and I would like to be 140 by christmas! It is not my long-term goal, but it is a number on the way to my ultimate goal! [I will be strong]

I’ve been having a hard time losing weight, but maybe if I set a goal I’ll be able to force myself to work out more.

my goal weight by jan would be 175 (i just made that up right now).

Oh dear, I’ve been sooo bad.. I just ate a pack or Oreo’s with a large glass of milk.. I also had some fizz whiz sherbert wayy too much sugar for 10am… I feel sick now.. i’m going to have corn for lunch and then strawberries for afternoon tea, and not drinking anything else but water..

i had my first weigh in today since you started this. i was 189.6 last week and 187.6 this week…exactly 2 lbs. but i also had the stomach flu all day thursday. so possibly a false low. also total workouts for the whole week: 2. yes lame. but oh well. ill be leaving another note next week. also let me know if you need some help with this..i am more than willing to help out.
