–seated row @ 60 lbs 3 sets of 10
–tricepts press @90 lbs 3 sets of 10
–lat pulldown @80 lbs 3 sets of 10
–seated leg curl @40 lbs 3 sets of 10
–leg extension @40 lbs 3 sets of 10
–abdominal stretch @70lbs 3 sets of 10
starting weight: 260 lbs
Goal weight: 200 lbs
Realistic goal weight: 230 lbs
