metal show and the metal scene

That is the metal show i went to friday and it was AWESOME!!! each band played my favorite song

Tear it down in addiction by Regicide
Anomaly by Black Orchid
Summer of Youth content by Hemlock

Hemlock is celebrating their 20th anniversary together. wow, ive only been listening to all of them for 5 years now. black orchid and regicide have been together a little more than 10 years.

SUPPORT LOCAL BANDS, each one of these guys work hard to bring the show to YOU.

of course there were all these teenyboppers thinking they can hang with the metal crew. until they saw me rockin out and singing along to Summer of Youth Content by Hemlock. "Broken hearts and broken dreams. theres nothing left you can take from me. if you find a way, i cant wait to see your face another day. its the summer of youth content!"

a lot of them dont know the scene. yes there is drinking and being crazy and all, but you can do that in any group. metal is where the outcasts are normal:

people not familiar with the real metal scene should watch Devildriver’s The Appetite. You know its not terribly exactly to the scene, but its damn close. i love the part where he was drunk and chasing the chickens lol

the lyrics put into metal music is what we all feel or believe at one point but dont quite know how to express it. your anger, sadness, even happiness and the way that you live. there are also inspiring songs that metal bands put out that fans take deeply because each and every verse reflects on them.

the wall of death…ahh how i DREAM of being apart of it. not many people understand the meaning of a moshpit. its a form of tough love and understanding. you have the energy of extreme music, great music. all your problems you face with everyday and theres no way to get it all out. the pit is an understanding of clashing energy. you are able to get the satisfaction of pushing out all your problems and negative energy into headbanging, sweating and going around in the pit. the thing is, once you fall down, everyone makes an effort to bring you back on your feet and do it again. of course theres always that drunk fat asshole that ruins the whole fun and everyone kicks his ass out of there.

Poor quality but best representation of Wall of Death 🙂

Thanks for all of your notes! I really do appreciate it. What’s stupid about this whole situation is that she was just a girl on a video game. We’ve been getting along a lot better now that we don’t have to see each other everyday. I’m actually still living in my apartment, but he’s over at his parents’ house. I’m not sure about the whole NC thing. I don’t know if it’s even going to happen, but

I’m really hoping it does. I think it will change everything. Before I forget, I checked out your website. I was actually pretty surprised. You have a lot of great stuff! I didn’t realize you were even into graphic design, which is why it surprised me so much. I hope you can pursue that someday. I get what you’re saying about the metal thing. I went through a phase a few years ago, listening

to nothing but Slayer and Cannibal Corpse. I don’t HATE metal now, but it’s not really my thing anymore. Slipknot is about as hardcore as it gets for me, lol. I did get to hang out with a local band and watch them practice a long time ago. They had a “groupie” who showed up to all of their practices and shows, even though no one really liked her. The little hipster kids can definitely ruin

things though. You know they’re only there because they think it makes them look cool. They probably don’t even like the music. I used to have a friend who intentionally listened to weird punk bands that no one else knew about, just to make herself look cool. People like that piss me off! lol
