Talking Points Of DNC Trolls

In which the various trolls and other operatives of the Left, whether in the employ of the DNC, or of George Soros directly, or of some other goofy off-shoot of the political Left, are invited to contribute their best arguments or talking points, if you will, as they are dictated to them by those who pay them or, in some cases, blow air up their skirt about what important work they are doing.

Here is a new series from the most updated fighting model [zeno]:

I think you [Ashleigh Banfield] and Congressional Republicans have the same problem. You’re opposed to everything the President does, and that’s fine.  But you don’t really advocate FOR anything. Republicans need an agenda they can sell to the American people. Until they do that, I don’t think their fortunes will turn around. [zeno]

In this, [zeno] advances the postulate that Republicans and Democrats must agree on changes for "forward progress" to be made.  It is this very "forward progress" that must be held in question.  If "forward progress" is to mean a movement toward a strong, centrally controlled government, with power over the personal lives of every individual, then "forward progress" means movement toward a state in which the individual is reduced to little more than a cypher in the computer of many elite bureaucrats.

Yes, their idea of moving forward is misrepresented by their use of the word forward.

But they are basically dishonest people. This is the reputation they have nurtured.  [Graffiti Forensics] [p]
