Legalize the Nickel

Why is it that we have this thing called the penny? This is the most worthless piece of coin out there. At least allow vending machines to take them. How many times have you run to a vending machine to get a soda or snack and be a nickel short, yet you have 5 pennies.

The penny is not even a good form of change in the sense of a change bowl. You will it up and only have like a $1.50. So, lets vote to get rid of this annoying little copper piece and start rounding to the nickel.

Also lets legalize the ganja cause it is just too hard for someone that is no longer in college to aquire.
