Cut and Paste Poetry

Trying something new here. I always listen to my music on random shuffle. So, here what i’ve done is taken lyrics from each song that randomly played, and formed a poem out of them. Here are the songs:

the world is a vampire, sent to drain
secret destroyers, hold you up to the flames
and what do I get, for my pain
betrayed desires, and a piece of the game
I don’t have plans and schemes,
And I don’t have hopes and dreams.
I don’t have anything,
Since I don’t have you.

You waited on Satan’s door

He crept back in her memory
God its so painful
Something thats so close
And still so far out of reach
Don’t blame us, who do we trust when they’re so dishonest
No patience, this nation’s obsessed with exploitation
Lying, denying surrounds me
