Oh The Pain! The Agony!
I have no idea how I am typing this…my arms might as well just fall off! Yesterday was my first day back at the gym with my trainer.

He said that it was going to be a moderate workout since it was my first day back. He said we were going to focus on form. In my mind, that means….we focus on form! Not push me to the point of failure. Mind you, when I’m expecting to get pushed to that point, I’m game. I understand that muscle failure brings the greatest benefit (did that make sense?). But I was in a different mind set yesterday. Oh hell, why am I even trying? There really was no excuse. But what’s done is done…and if he pisses me off I’ll do it again! 🙂

*random* I know whatcha mean, back in school I would want to drop my gym teacher shorts down (instead of punching him lol). I know its not the same as Gymnastic? but it was close enough, take care;)
