Nothing Exciting

What a good title to draw readers in huh?

Ever since I got a phone that I have internet on in August, I rarely ever got on a PC. I have enough trouble writing short emails or on FB as it is. I find it harder to type on a flat screen. I always hit B instead of the space bar. As some of you have experienced some messages from me that don’t make total sense. I’m not going to attempt to write an entry on my phone. Plus lots of time I’m feeding Bruce, with his wailing arms, it’s gotten hard.

I just got Bruce to nap. Up at the store Santa is there from 4-7. We’re going to go up there. I really hope there isn’t a line. I don’t know when it’s the best time to go either. I guess we’ll see when Bruce wakes up, then I gotta feed him, change him. I don’t know how it’ll go. Roger even said "we might just have to wave". I really hope we don’t have to do that. I pointed out that we might have to be in the picture, IDK. I hope we can do it.

Last weekend we got a huge snow fall (10 inches). Our Christmas party was canceled. My mom was going to babysit Bruce so that both Roger and I could bowl together. We’re on a mix league. We have 5 people on our team, Roger and I have been alternating weekends. Since one couple wasn’t going to be there, we just said for one of them to prebowl and we’d both be there. I had called my mom and told her not to come, driving 35-40 minutes one way, not worth it. She was relieved. I knew she wouldn’t bail on us, but I knew she didn’t want to drive. So we went up to the alley that afternoon (1 mile from us) and I prebowled. Roger and Bruce watched. Then Roger went that evening. I know I could’ve gone the night since it was my turn. I didn’t really want to bowl with just one person on our team (I’m sure he’d rather Roger too). and I didn’t really want to drive either.

I got lucky I didn’t have to work last weekend or Monday or Tuesday. Now with having Bruce, I don’t want Roger driving me to work. Although I HATE driving in it. It’s suppose to snow again tonight/tomorrow, but only a couple inches. I have to work, it’ll be fine.

I found out we’re doing Christmas with Roger’s family on the 23rd. Which I like since we always do it on the 24th. My mom’s side does it the 24th evening. We used to do both. I felt like we short changed Roger’s family. Hurry eat, hurry do presents, then leave. A few years ago we decided to stop going to my mom’s side. Christmas Day is at my parents’ with my dad’s side. So I still spend Christmas with my family, just not my cousins and stuff. So this year (we did this a few years ago too, which was nice), 23rd will be at Roger’s parents’, we’ll spend the night. the 24th Christmas at my aunt’s starting at 6pm. We’ll probably go home so we can wake up in our house which I’m going to want to do when Bruce is old enough. I’m excited for him to run to our tree Christmas morning. Then Christmas Day we’ll go to my parents whenever we’re ready, when my brother’s family gets there, we’ll open presents, then shortly the rest of the family comes.

Bruce is 4 months, 3 weeks, 2 days old

Max flails his arms too, there’s usually a chubby little hand that creeps over the top of the tablet or slides across the keyboard lol
