I rock
This morning, Roger and I got up at 4:40am. He called work to see what’s up and there’s no work today. I started pumping, so I could get ready for work. Lately Bruce has been waking up by 5-5:30am. Just as I was emptying the bottles into the real bottles so I could pump some more. Roger comes with Bruce asking for a bottle. Perfect timing! I quickly got ready. I had 5 minutes to spare before I had to leave for work. Bruce just did not want to be laid down, he had energy. I took him since I had the free moments. Roger got dressed. I finally was able to lay him down and he wouldn’t cry. So I turned off the light and shut the door. I said bye to Roger and "don’t know if that’ll work".
I text Roger later on and it turns out he went to sleep and woke up at 8:15am. Nice!
On other note, a boring note, I don’t know if pumping is going to last for me. I don’t think I do supply enough. I’ve pulled some out of the freezer, which is nice to have. I just don’t know how long I’m going to be able to do this. Also, not sure if I really want to. I should wrap this up and go pump now before Bruce wakes up.
I’ve never had much luck with pumping, this time with Max I didn’t bother trying. Way to get your pump on!

Pumping does take dedication. We lasted 7 months here for Jocelyn. I really wanted to go to a year but I just didn’t make enough. Formula isn’t the end of the world and if anyone tries to make you feel guilty send them my way and I will be happy to slap them 🙂
