re: what about a daily vitamin to make up for the vitamin d not found in ‘soy’ milk. (that’s all they really want them to get out of the milk, is the vitamin d) which is actually produced by your skin as well by being in the sunlight for 20 minutes a day.

Dude, I live in the same town as Big Dick’s Halfway Inn. The commercials are hilarious. “Big Dick’s…Halfway Inn. Big Dick’s…Halfway Inn. Liquor in the front, and poker in the rear!” I’ve never been there, though…it’s a bit out of the way. 😉
