ryn: on B/C I don’t even get my period. I don’t ovulate. So no period. It’s kind of great in a way but bad becaue when I DO get my period it’s bad like the clomid periods. As for other stuff…. No. I’ll tell OD first. Before I tell anyone else I think. I’ll keep it a secret from my family for awhile until I’m sure it’s viable.

RYN: Well they have you go in intervals and intermittently change the incline on you. Like I started out with no incline, worked up to a level two, then went up to a 5, then back down to a two, then up to a 3.5, then down to a 2 for two intervals, then back up to a 5 and then down to a 2 for two intervals and no incline for two intervals. You can choose the speed yourself. I had myself up to 3.0 miles per hour at one point but averaged out at about 2.5 miles per hour. I only did it for twenty minutes–I’m hoping to work up to 30 minutes soon!
