I find myself worrying a lot because I don’t feel as "pregnant" as I did the first few days. The first two days I felt queasy and very off. Now I occasionally have some very minor nausea and that’s about it. I do have a few short cramps a day that reassure me that my uterus is at least still getting the signal to grow but otherwise I feel pretty normal. This leads to this endless cycle of worrying in between the cramps. Mostly I just stay busy and try not to think about it but that doesn’t always work.

Otherwise, life is dandy.

There’s always something to worry about. Easier said than done, I know, but try not to dwell on it. Stress can be unhealthy! ::hugs:: Honestly, until I started feeling Xander move, I worried constantly. I wish I’d relaxed more.

We all worry. That minor nausea is a sign that your hCG levels are elevated, which is good. Then, once the nausea passes, you’ll feel kicks to reassure you, and worry between kicking sessions. Then, toward the end, when there’s less real estate in your abdomen, the kicks will slow down, and you’ll worry. I can’t tell you not to worry. It’s impossible not to. But I can tell you to keep yourself busy, and when you’re not busy, sleep.

Holy crap. You lived in Eminence?? That’s a tiny, tiny town. I used to do the Renaissance festival they have there now… I love the graveyard up the road from the Dairy Queen..and the old bank.

I really like all 4 of your won’t eats. In fact I think they would be especially great if the seafood was deep-fried and then combined with the celery and cilantro in a po’boy sammich. My husband tolerates celery, but he won’t eat the other 3 either. I haven’t seen Memoirs of a Geisha but I like the other 3. I think Pride and Prejudice is the original rom/com.
