Another day at work on the second shift.  I don’t really like this shift because it messes up my whole day.  Today was the first time all week that I did not have some sort of doctors appointment or therapy.  I had a busy week finishing my physical therapy finally after having surgery in January.  The sad part is that my knee is worse now than before the surgery.  The workers comp doc wants me to go back to see the surgeon.  He said if I wasn’t happy with the ortho surgeons opinion that I could get a second opinion.  Great!

I also had a cat scan and saw the neuro opthomalogist who nows says that there is a defininte pattern to my vision defect buy still can’t find a reason.  The MRI and cat scan show that I have a strange arrangement in my vascular makeup on the right side.  But he said it is nothing to worry about and he will see me in three months.

Now this coming Friday I have the prep meeting for my deposition on my lawsuit.  I am scared to death that something will go wrong and I will be out of luck.  I know I should not feel this way but I have refused to allow myself to believe that it will all come out in my favor.  Two and a half years and over four thousand miles driven back and forth to doctors, therapy and running like a hampster in a wheel.

Other than that, I have a union issue with one of my coworkers who thinks that everyone is out to get her for the problems that she created all on her own.  She has been going behind my back seeking union advice from an officer who is not part of our bargaining unit.  Needless to say it should be a wonderful week ahead.

Other than that the weather has been wonderful and my brother is starting to harvest the corn.  Since the summer has been so dry, I don’t think we will have the great yield that we had last year, but we are still blessed to be able to keep it and not have to buy corn to feed out cattle.  Hopefully the soybeans will do well and make our winter farm payment.  I am not looking forward to the winter and the crappy weather of Ohio.

Well I am going to stop complaining and quit for now.  I need to write more and relieve my anxiety instead of keeping it all bottled up.  I am my own worst enemy.  Hope everyone is well and enjoying this wonderful fall weather.  Toodles!!

Call your co-worker out on her back door politicking. I’d also make it clear to the officer from the other unit that he/she needs to be hands off. It is natural to be nervous, but please remember that truth usually prevails. I’ll say a prayer. **HUGS** RYN: Gators and vultures don’t seem to bother with each other. I just thought the two predator species together was interesting. <br> Papa Blue and I are considered good people. That’s why I was so shocked with the nastiness of some people here. Never experienced it before. Ugly stuff. We’re just people, living our lives, trying to do good. Glad we can make you smile. WE make us smile, too. 🙂
