Quick Entry

Mom called today earlier to say that husband was being moved to Hospice unit for final hours.  Just talked to her and she wants to notarize a title before he is gone.  I will also file a power of attorney, leaving all to her.  Husband said he wants older son to get his truck and mom gets a new car.  I will make truck title happen in the am.  will also notarize her getting his bank account.  she needs money to buy a new car.  very complicated and not sure how I will handle this.  Will likely use notary frriends.

Good night for me.  Me and friends ate at a Great Mexican food stop and it could have not been better.  Beer, kids, laughs and friends make great dinner company!

then gifts and the promise of the year to come.  Deffinetly good times for the future.

Mom’s hubby will hold center court until circumstances change,  Bad shape, hope it happens before the next holiday.  Will be picking up ,moms extra deeds between now and then.  Oh well, I am endowd to my mom regardles.    Mom will stay tonight and we will see what the morning brings.  Hopefull it brings no sore neck and no death.  Still a few things to go.
