Fine print

I am having the worst time trying to understand the fine print on the back of phone cards.  I know that some international phone cards will not work for calls from afghanistan to here.  So I went looking for one that would work today and could not for the life of me understand what all that crap on the back meant.  So if anyone knows of one that definitely will work please let me know.
