How to become unpopular…

If you want to know how to become unpopular, do something like this:

Techies are retarded. Beside the fact that they FREAK OUT everytime something goes slightly wrong, they treat the actors like crap. There is no reason for it. From what I’ve seen, the actors are usually pretty decent around tech. What is it? Are you guys just pissed off because you know that no matter how many times Haas or Smittle says anything, you think that almost all of that applause is going to the people who do it on stage? Or maybe it’s because you think you are better than the actors because they don’t work as hard. Get freaking over it. I’ve done both, at the same time. Actors may not work in the same way, but they still do a heck of a lot of work. There wouldn’t be a show without lights, sound, set, costumes, make-up, props, etc. But that doesn’t give anyone any right to think they are better than anyone else. For the most part, the actor people have been nothing but nice to techies, and then they get fed back crap as if they are stupid, ignorant, and no-good.

Next. It is alot easier for a few girls to move into another room to change than to unhook a dvd player, find a tv that works with it, and then to hook it back up. Ohhh heres a thought: why don’t yall try changing in the time before call? If you did that, then you wouldn’t have to worry about guys coming in since that is the time given to you to change. After call, the guys in chorus are supposed to be allowed to go in there to do things such as watch movies or whatever. “Ohhhh but my dress is too tight to wear for that long” Then unzip it, and put a shirt on over it, that way all you gotta do is pull it up underneath the shirt, zip it up, and take off your shirt, and voila!

Who should I go off on next? You in the back, you had your hand raised. You are U-G-L-Y. You ain’t got no alibi! You ugly!

i have soooo much i could say, but i’m not going to waste my time. I want to say good job on the show! it looks great; obviously without the actors…there would BE No show and it looks awesome! I’ll quickly mention how WHEN things go wrong…it IS the techies fault and that may be one reason why “they” freak out”..i’m done. Just worry about yourself during the show and all will be good!

Why does any of this have to be an issue? And it def. goes both ways. The actors are NOT decent, and neither are the techies!

I don’t want anyone to be angry but….techies are not retarded, actors do not treat techies decently, this whole techie-actor war is not just a techie thing. actors have issues with techies. getting angry at just the techies is only fueling the fire. by doing this you are saying that actors have done nothing and it is solely the techies fault.

I’m sorry that you feel the need to put this up here for whatever reason, whether you’re angry, upset, hurt, want attention, pity, or whatever you’re looking for, I’m sorry, but that is just ridiculous! I started out in theatre doing tech and let me tell you the actors are horribly arrogant and awful to techies. the techies are just trying to make this show the best it can be…

…so relax about that. and as for the changing. what’s the big deal. it’s not like you havent seen the movies before. it’s not like they are going to be destroyed from the earth after that night. just take a deep breath and think about what you’re getting all excited over. seriously. it’s pointless in the long run.

hey all this talk about techies actors is soo stupid… its mainly the little underclassmen trying to stir stuff up… i definitly dont take part in it and think its stupid so i just ignore it

well, i must say, i don’t know anything about this….i plead the fifth. but i will say, i’m going to see it tomorrow night. and i wonder who all these people are, and if i know them…like AmandaPanda, VictoriousFollower, or ResistingTemptations. Hey, you wanna help a friend see if i know this diaries? Ok, i’m done.

my original note, before i saw this actual entry was, i can make you popular by running you over, and again and reverse, but that would prolly make you very popular at the school, at least for a little while…
