Glad to be back to my rest stop….

I didn’t realise Open Diary was back up and running, wow have i needed this place to offload.

Feeling like i cant catch my breath at the moment and that life is running at a 100mph, i haven’t stopped to breathe or think and just take it all in. This was the place where i used to be able to do that, this place was like therapy for me! It was part of the necessities of self-care being able to use this place as an outlet, my little rest stop place. Glad to be back 🙂
