Dailies

So my dear Sarah-bear has basically let it be known that she wants me to partake in an activity called Dailies, where it appears you’re given a prompt each day to write about. She is demanding that I take part starting today, so here I am, ever the good friend 😉 Today’s prompt is to summarize my week, so here it goes.

Sunday was a hellicious day spent at work from 3pm-12am. Have I mentioned how much I hate working til midnight? The entire week before Sunday was spent working til midnight, and it sucked ass. But I made it through, and lived to see another day.

Monday was a bit hectic. Since it kicked off my flex week at work (where I work 10-hour days so I get a three-day weekend), I had to be at work by 11:00. Which meant I had to leave the house by no later than 10:00. I left even earlier, since I wasn’t sure what traffic would be like, and I am soooo glad I did, since there was an accident right near downtown which slowed everything to a crawl. The rest is history. Mondays are always busy at work.

Tuesday I took the day off since it was Amy’s birthday, but found out that she had to attend a mandatory training at work and couldn’t take time off. So I just relaxed around the house, got some stuff done, then met her and Stan at Kobe’s Japanese Steakhouse for dinner. It was sooooo yummy, and I ate way too much, but it was well worth it. I took a couple pictures, but have been quite lazy about uploading them. But she had a good birthday dinner, and then Stan and I drove home, where I promptly passed out.

Wednesday and Thursday don’t have much to report. Long days at work, but nothing too terrible. Though I will say that they have changed the way we do our skip-tracing time, and it is absolutely the most complicated thing I’ve ever seen. And since the majority of our days are spent doing this lately, it hasn’t been all that pleasant.

Friday was my day off, and I did a little shopping, then oragnized my dresser in the bedroom and just kinda chilled at home. Stan came home early, and we went out to dinner and just hung out. It was nice to get some couple time in 🙂

Today, we had ourselves a little romance time, then went out to lunch and did some more shopping. Then we came home, tired, and just kinda vegged out on the couch and were lazy bums. Now he’s wanting to go eat, which is why I’m rushing this entry.

Sorry Sarah-Bear, I tried!! I promise, I’ll do better next time.

The ‘Dailies’ project looks like fun…a lot of my Favourites are involved. 🙂 RYN: We get the keys to the new place on November 27th, so just under two months away!

RYN: No problem, I knew many of my readers had questions so tried my best to answer. I hope that you’re not given any similar news!
