A (very) Belated Entry
Man. Where does the time go? I had every intention of writing in December and time just got away from me!
It was one of the busier holiday seasons I’ve had, for sure. And super stessful! I had even less money to spend this year, and I felt super-bad about it. Luckily, I have a husband, mother, and friends who understand. I did the best I could with what I had, and everyone seemed pleased with their gifts. Stan’s main gifts were an air compressor and a new fun watch. My mom got a new radio/CD player, among other things. I, in turn, got royally spoiled, which I feel bad about. From Amy, I got some books, a couple CDs, and the new Harry Potter movie. From my mom, I got a couple new shirts, a couple CDs, a book of Dale Chihully’s work, and the new Ed Hardy perfume… Hearts and Daggers I think it’s called? It’s very pretty. Stan went overboard again this year. The top 3 gifts were an after 4pm Epcot annual pass, a new Coach purse, and an iPhone 😀 I’m currently writing this entry on it, giving OD mobile a shot. It’s fun!
Tomorrow is my birthday. Twenty-six. I feel like 25 flew by. Insane. The plan for tomorrow is as follows: get home around 1am, since I’m working til midnight. Stan is going to give me my present then, since he’s working early tomorrow and won’t have time before work. Then tomorrow afternoon my mom is taking me to lunch at Houston’s. Mmmm… yummy steak! Then after Stan gets off work around 5, we’re going to Disney. Hollywood Studios, to be exact. I want to see the dancing lights. Gonna be so much fun!
Amy came over yesterday to give me her gifts, which were a couple more books and a pretty necklacke with a key charm. I absolutely love it 🙂 I am a very blessed (and yes, spoiled) woman.
I hope everyone everyone had a wonderful, safe, and happy holiday, whatever you may celebrate. If you don’t celebrate anything, then I just hope you’ve have a lovely past few days.
I should get back to work. Have a good night!
