INT. KY’S OFFICE – AFTERNOON
So script frenzy is going well. I am 25 pages in and it is only the fourth. I don’t think 100 pages will be a problem. I really like script writing. I always did but now that I have Montage (screenwriting software for Mac) it is so much easier. Having to write character names and scene headings used to be such a drag, now it’s cake.
I love the way the story and characters are unfolding as well. When I started the screenplay I knew the general outline of what was going to happen but I had not planned on the personalities of the characters the way they are coming through.
Screenwriting is so much more fun than writing a novel. Maybe that’s why my novel is still sitting here begging to get finished and I am busy burning through a screenplay.
I had been managing to keep my mind on the screenplay and off of the things that have been bothering me, but just know I was thinking if there was anything else I needed to add to this entry and it reminded me of everything that has been eating me up lately. Great. Good thing I got a lot of writing done already because now I think I am stuck thinking about crap that I have no control over.
Oh well. Such is life.
Sorry baby.I’m glad the script is coming along well, though.Love you,

I’m glad I spotted you in the new entries list. Montage sounds like just what I need. I had bought script software for my PC laptop, but it crashed and I didn’t have a backup disc. I would rather write on my Macbook anyway. My “big one” is to be based on a novella I already wrote, but kept thinking through most of it that it really should be a movie instead.

I’ve never tried my hand at writing a screenplay. Maybe like poetry (which I have given a shot), some things are better left undone. Heh. Meaning I’ll stick to my novels. Unless and until one of them is optioned to Hollywood and they need to turn it into a script. Then, who knows, maybe I’ll come knocking on your door.

Wow, you’re flying! I’m on page 8. But I am forging ahead, nonetheless.
