Livia

Yesterday my friend’s wife gave birth to a goregous little girl. They named her Livia which means life. Her funeral was planned before they even met her. She has T18. She is 4.8lbs and gorgeous. Strong. Medical books often say less than 10% make it to their first birthday and more than 50% are still born. Parent’s of children with T18 say the books are outdated and wrong. There are over 100 families of children with T18 on facebook that have joined together. Some of those children are in their 30’s. I pray Livia has a happy life however long it may be. Each time their is an update, I hold my breath until I see it is more good news. Her heart problems are less than they expected, she is gorgeous, she is breathing on her own, she is Livia.
