so.. fuggin.. cold..

my room has seven walls, one which has a window and another is about as long as two beds, a desk and a cpu put end to end. my room is a corner room. the wall with window? brick. the longest wall in the room? brick. the temperature? prolly a good noticable five to seven degrees colder than the other rooms. so when it gets a little warm in the main room, the girls turn down the heat, thus transporting me to a more modern version of the igloo..

i don’t write in here very much anymore. i guess i don’t really make time to. i mean, i have class and now i have work which sounds challenging but somewhat amusing. plus it pays pretty fuggin well so yea. so on mwf i have class at 8, 10 and 12, tr i have anthropology at 4. my music app class doesn’t start until after spring break and it’s only mw. i’ll be fine. i’ve only taken music for the past EIGHT YEARS OF MY LIFE, but i’ll manage.

the 8 is english which is a piece of cake. still not sure about my 10 which is stat. i’ve missed two classes though (signing up late) so i’m still catching up. actually, i did some of it tonight and some things don’t make sense, like some of the numbers on a histogram. i don’t know how she came up with those. and the exact definitions on two or three terms confuse me, but everything else is making sense and coming out correct so i’m not worried.. yet. my 12 is german and i have brigitte again. she’s changed the hw policy into just turning in a blue answer booklet at each chapter test so if i don’t have time to do the homework one night, it’s not a big deal and i don’t have to go and explain myself to her. anthro is.. strange. we turned in a writing sample (not graded) last time and now we have 2 papers left plus the mid term and exam. so technically i could skip most classes (though i won’t) or do sommin else in class (won’t do that either) and prolly still make a pretty good grade.

and now i have a job. $6.50 an hour with a $0.75 bonus if i don’t miss a shift. in fact, i can have someone sub or swap times with someone and still keep my attendence bonus. you also get time bonuses (time added to the total time you work without actually having to work) for  having people put their gift on a credit card and have their company match it (did you know that bank of america will match ANY donation to a non-profit organization?) you also get time for going in early if you clock in and fill out forms you’d have to eventually fill out anyway. they hold games and contests and give out prizes like gift certificates to good restaurants.. it sounds fuggin great. i hope i can do it.

but enough. it’s 12.30 now and i gotta be up at 8.
