what funny dead people

so i finally got to go to Fright Fest and Six Flags. granted i only got to go on one ride, but  it was worth everything that i had to go through to get there to see the "zombies" scare the shit out of people. we left the house at 5pm and it takes about an hour to get there. i was speeding (me, speeding. . . of course) so i made it there in about 45 min. i could see the exit ramp, but there were so many people trying to get to six flags that it took an hour to get onto and off of the ramp that was a mile away. from there we had to drive another 2 miles from the ramp to the park, which took another hour and a half. let me just say that was the longest 3 miles that i have ever driven.

i ended up parking in the entrance to hurricane harbor since there was no where else to park and i didn’t want to be boxed in by everyone else who were searching for spots as well. but after 3 hours of waiting in traffic lines and ticket lines we (alli, chris, eric and i) finally made it into the park. YIPPEE!

the one ride that we went on was Houdini’s Great Escape. i won’t speak of the details because i don’t want to ruin it for anyone that has never been on it, but i thought that it was a great ride. i loved it and even though others didn’t think it was worth the wait i was glad that i stood in line for an hour and a half. it was worth seeing the people run away screaming from the chainsaw zombie that kept coming back to the ride.

i think the best part of the whole night was watching two girls fall on each other in an attempt to run from the chainsaw zombie. even though it was 40 degrees, i still had fun.

this has been an interesting week for me. i took a long shower by candle light to help clear my mind. alot has happened and there is a lot on my mind, but most are good things. i guess i am just trying to figure out where i should go from here. where my next step should take me. tomorrow will be a busy day, but i am looking forward to it and the good weather. i wait in anticipation of what tomorrow will bring.
