summer 09

Summer is right around the corner. May is almost over… just 5 days left and then June will have started. Its crazy to me since this little nudger is going to be a summer baby. I still can’t believe that this little one is going to be born soon, that this little one is going to be hubby’s and mine. Its amazing! I’m so excited about summer… its going to be busy getting ready for the baby, but we have a great place, the possibility of a new car, good friends to spend it with and Jess’s hubby is coming home in July since his deployment will be over and Molly’s husband will be home for R&R around the same time. We haven’t met Adam yet (Jess’s hubby) but Justin we have hung out with a couple times so it will be great to see him again.

There is so much going on right now. Today is the only day right now that there is nothing going on. Tomorrow the cats are going to the vet, Thursday Chris has band practice, Friday we have our 4Dappt…. which I’m so excited about, Saturday is Jess’s Pampered Chef party as well as a Torn December show, Sunday is Molly’s shower and then Monday is our first birthing class and then I’m sure practice is moving since Chris will be at the birthing class with me. My next OB appt is on the 4th, and I have to do the sugar test. EW! Oh… and Monday I’m getting the crown put on my root canal. There is so much going on… its going to be crazy.

We are also talking about buying the new SUV this weekend coming up. When I have no idea since we are going to be busy but since Chris reuped for another 6 years of service in the Army we got a bonus so we have plenty of money to help us get this new SUV. If we do get it, it will be the first new car that I have ever had. I bought the prix used so having an 08 or 09 SUV is just amazing. Right now we are looking at buying a Hyundai Santa Fe. We went to look at them last weekend and the size is perfect, the inside looks great, the 3rd row seating lays down flat so that we have a trunk. We haven’t test drove it yet, but the next time we go back we plan to. Its so exciting!

We still haven’t finished unpacking all the way but we get closer all the time. There is still the nursery but since we have another shower coming up at the end of June we haven’t bought anything and won’t be until the shower is over. So finishing the nursery is going to be a July project. And hopefully we are able to set that up by the end of July because I know that Chris is going to want me to relax in August because he is going to be on edge with me as it is lol. Every time I call him or text him he is going to freak out wondering if I’m in labor.

I can’t believe that I’m in the 3rd trimester! I can’t believe that I’m 90 days or less away from having this baby. Its amazing.
