its the book I have been waiting for

So it has come to my attention that the book I have been waiting for is about to hit the stores!!! OMG I can’t wait to get my hands on this book!!!! I am going to read the whole entire series again right before I pick it up. And thankfully it comes out almost in the middle of Chris’s class so reading it will help get me to the end of him being away. I don’t know how many of you have read the series but if you haven’t I recommend picking it up. These are some of the few books that have made me cry… shoot in the first 20 pages of the 2nd book I was bawling my eyes out. For those of you who have read the books I’m sure that you understand. And some time this year I think the movie is coming out! I can’t wait for that either and I hope that the movie is as good as the book though I doubt it will be. Its hard for a movie to pull off the emotion of a book, the movie would end up being way too long.

……

Chris and I have been spending a lot of time together. We actually went out and got him a wedding band since he didn’t have one and he even pawned his old wedding ring. He also found his divorce paper work so now I can get my ID card for Bragg and we can get the last of the paper work squared away. I’m glad that this is happening before he leaves for his class. I guess it just makes me feel more secure, though why that it I couldn’t really say.

I got my first piece of mail with my married last name on it the other day and OMG was I sooooo excited to see it. I couldn’t believe it…. it was just an amazing feeling! I love my married name!

I guess that is all I really have for right now….. hope you are all having a great weekend.

So he was married before? How long is he going to be gone for the class?

RYN: That is quite true. Ummm, heres the deal I’m really glad you posted this… well its not what you think, I’m not a fan… that’s the thing I don’t read, but since I have TONS of time now, I was thinking to myself that I should start reading. So my question is to you… Should I start by reading this book? or do you recommend something else. I’ve only read like 2 books, which is prettysad. Since you seem to have good taste and have brought this up, I’d like you to shed some light on what book I should read.

Ryn: Well nothing too complex, I like things to have a meaning, something that conveys a message but is simple.I barely know any long words, so just something that’s interesting I guess. The two books I read were about war. The only thing I wouldn’t read is J.K.Rowling or Stephen Hawking because I personal hate them anything else is fine. So I guess whatever your favorite book is will do the trickor something along that. -Thanx

I Think I’ll grab Tick tock on friday I’ve read the plot/review or whatever you call it and It does seem quite interesting. Hopefully it’ll be the first of many to come… Thank you for the help!

You can do it! It’s just two weeks, so that’ll be easy to fill with a book! Okay, I’m trying to make you think positive about it. If you can do two weeks, you can do a month, if you can do a month, you can do six months. If you can do six months, you can do a year. Deployments aren’t cake walks, by far! However, you can build yourself up to be ready for them when they come…

I know what you mean about the ID too. It seems like a silly thing, but you don’t exist to the military without it. You can’t shop on post or anything without it. You can’t get health care without it, or at least not easily. It feels so good to have it in your hand and know you won’t need to worry.
