hello sleep

I’m watching this off my DVR right now. OMG I love this show. Chris is pissed that he can’t watch it online because he is deployed and it won’t let him watch it lol. Our DVR is pretty full but I’m trying to keep them all on there. I think I’m going to have to delete some things off before I leave though because there isn’t enough space for 5 more episodes I don’t think…. I will have to delete some of my stuff off. All of True Blood is on there. I told him I wouldn’t watch it without him so all of last season is on there just waiting for him to get home.

I’m trying to buy an umbrella stroller for Jersey. Space wise it is the smartest thing to do. Right now I have the Graco stroller that came with our travel system and while I love that stroller it does take up a lot of space and with a month worth of stuff to take down plus Christmas presents that have to get back I think buying a smaller stroller is a smart investment. I found one for under $50 on Amazon and I can get it shipped for free. I have been emailing Chris all throughout this process of me starting to look and I’m waiting to hear back from him before I go ahead and purchase the stroller.

Maybe I will make the stroller part of Nicholai’s and my Christmas presents? So far Nicholai has a stuffed Blue from Blue’s Clues, Leap Frog Puppy Pal Scout, a shirt, a glitter bouncy ball with a snowman in it for his stocking. He still needs pjs to open on Christmas Eve (hubbys tradition he wanted to carry on), a couple new books, a good toy… maybe the Fisher Price animal sounds farm. I want him to have some things under the tree from Chris and I but I don’t want to buy too much because I know he will get a lot from my family and Chris and I are going to buy him a little chair or sofa with his name on it and a big playset when he gets home so we can have a little Christmas with Chris.

So stocking stuff, stuffed Blue, Scout, shirt, pjs, books, good toy…. is that enough? Maybe another cute outfit if I can find a good deal when I go to the Carter’s outlet. I don’t want to over buy and he is getting some big things once Chris gets home and I still need to buy for the rest of my family….

Ok… his nap will be over soon and I still have to get some makeup on. I don’t know why I’m slacking so much. He slept from 10-7 this morning without getting up once! He even cried a couple times but put himself back to sleep which he hasn’t done in a while. But I have a feeling it was a one time thing and I will be up tonight in the middle of the night. Oh well. Only 7 more nights until Jersey.

Oh. And please send some positive thoughts our way. Chris will find out more information about redeployment this week and there is a chance that he could come home earlier. So send positive thoughts that we get some really awesome news later this week! Thanks!!
