Follow the Leader

The world is ending tomorrow,

a fading reality of endless pity,

a doubtful existence,

leading only from the blinding beginning,

to a painful tragic end,

and in between these two extremes,

a world of struggles and suffering,

hours spent attempting to understand,

searching for the truth,

for the answer to explain existence,

which often leads to confusion,

a chaotic chain of events,

to a prescribed life of unattainable perfection,

which is supposed to bring salvation,

but leads only to destrucion,

so follow the leader through what is called life,

blindly moving forward into the uncertain future.
