Checking In

An hour ago, I meditated and I feel great. This is my third straight day that I’ve used mindfullness meditations. My goal is to work from simpler meditations to more introspective ones.

I feel looser than usual and me likey.

Scientology seems like one big money scheme. ( Please do not sue me, Church of Scientology, because I am broke and I don’t have any influence on others.)

The song "Bucky Done Gun" by M.I.A for the first time. She kinda have the same rhyme rhythm like Missy Elliot, but her voice is higher pitched than Missy’s.
