Just finished an online application for Borders, and I might call Barnes and Noble today. Since I have never been to a Barnes and Noble, I’m leaning more towards employment at Borders. Hmmm, maybe I need to call them too. Even though it’s October, they might have a need for a Cashier or book seller. Working is the only thing on my mind.

Graduating from college may have to wait until I get my life and priorities back together. Hopefully that won’t be long. I always get insecure whenever people I don’t know ask about my plans and goals. Sometimes it seems like they get look down upon me. These nagging doubts are making me angry.

The knitting obsession I had got restarted earlier today. I didn’t try to write a short story today. Writer’s block isn’t the problem: to many good ideas are plaguing me. There are a couple that I want to write about, but they should be written during Nanowrimo. Yes, this year I am going to give it a whirl because there is nothing distracting me this year. It should be a great experience as well as a confidence builder.

There’s a picture of me when I was one or two years old. Ahhh, to be young and happy again. Back then there was no reason to feel like a failure because life just began. Except for the fact that my father never really wanted me, it was good times. It’d be nice to drum up some real exuberance for life without going through a low later on.

Didn’t watch any good movies today. I still have " Magnificent Obsession" on my mind. Even though it’s not the greatest film in the world, Rock Hudson’s performance was nice as well as Jane Wyman’s. It was an entertaining film. Turner Classic Movies kept showing commercials for a Bela Lugosi dvd set as well as the Greta Garbo dvd collection.

My Uncle has the air conditioner on, I think, and it’s making the top floor of the house cold. I need to get out of here, but it’s not going to happen soon.

The Critic is on right now, and following it is Duckman. Man, am I ever grateful for Commedy Central!

Peace, Love, and Furi Kuri!
