Feeling blah…
Right now I am just relaxing or trying to anyways. I feel a bit tired but don’t want to go to bed quite yet. My son is kinda sick with a cold and has been waking up lots so far anyways. I just love the nights because I get free time all to myself to do what I want and I don’t have to be interrupted to do anything for anybody, except I guess my son to put him back to sleep when he wakes up.
I am starting to think that I might be lactose intolerant but not sure. I think I am going to get it checked out. I don’t drink milk at all or eat much dairy products but when I binge, I usually binge on cereal and of course have milk in that. But always after my day binging, I end up very bloated, have diareah, and bad gas (sorry TMI). I get like this every time I binge. And then I noticed that after a day or two of no binging, which means no large quantities of milk, the gas, bloating and loose stools are gone. I do have a little milk each day in my coffee but it’s hardly anything and only skim. But I am thinking maybe I am onto something with this. Does anyone else have lactose intolerance??? I am curious to know what symptoms others have.
Anyways, I think I am going to go do something as I only have a little free time left until I should tuck myself into bed. I might watch a movie, who knows. Anyways, hope you all are well…
I’m a bit lactose intolerant and I have the same symptoms as you. Anytime I have dairy products (like milk, ice cream, yogurt, cheese, etc.), I get really bloated and gassy. When I don’t have dairy for a few days, I don’t have any of those symptoms. I try to stick to soy milk now and it’s really helped.
Warning Comment
mine isnt’ necessarily lactose intolerance, but i can’t metabolize too much fat/sugar etc anymore, so when I eat badly i feel really badly
