Down 12 pounds. Woohoo
I started my weight loss journey on May 11th and am proud to say I am down 12lbs. Woohoo. The only thing I’ve changed is not eating after 7pm and trying to be more active. I don’t restrict my food choices. I eat what I want up until 7pm. I gained so much weight since covid started and was getting uncomfortable with my body so that’s why I decided to take some control. I now feel so much more comfortable in my body and I’m happy I was able to shed some weight. Still got a lot of work to do but it’s a start. Learning to love myself again 💞
That’s a great plan! Not eating after a certain time is good… something I myself have never mastered :

@skinney4life – I’ve tried. But the midnight munchies always win! lol I seriously don’t know how you do it. Hats off!
@thenerve I feel ya! I am also plagued by the midnight munchies and that’s what caused me to gain so much. I got to the point where I couldn’t stand to see myself in the mirror so I had to do something about it. For me it all comes down to hating myself enough to create change.
@skinney4life – You can’t HATE yourself. You might dislike your physical aspect a lot, but your SELF is not just your physical asepect!
@thenerve you are right. I don’t necessarily hate myself although that’s still questionable 🤔 but I am def uncomfortable in my body
