State Track Meet

Well, I guess we ARE going to the state Hersey’s track meet this weekend.  The girl who beat DJ in the 200 M dropped out of that race and DJ was invited to go as the alternate. 

We took her to the track last night and MR M worked with her on starts and technique.  She is so fast.  I hope this turns out good for her.  She said she would have much rather done the 100 M. 

More practice tonight, then Thurs she has a double header at softball, so probably won’t get to the track.  Friday? Don’t know.  We need to be at the track meet by 9:00 Sat, and it is only 230 miles away.  (gotta love these wide open spaces!). 

Whatever, I’ll worry about that tomorrow, 🙂
