A bird in the bush

Every Spring for the last 26 years we have watched robins as they work their way north. For many years the big flock would arrive right around Easter. This year we have been overwhelmed with all species that seem to be on permanent layover waiting for this crazy weather to straighten out. Just this morning there are a dozen big fat robins sitting in the tree out my kitchen window. All too soon the weather will break and off they will go but it has been fun watching them and identifying the new ones.   Oh and the cats. That’s another story!
