Progress

well, i weighed myself at Jon’s mom and dad’s house last weekend – we had just finished a big meal, and i was wearing knee-high boots and a long, heavy jean skirt.  the scale showed 161lbs.  YAY!!  when i started with Spark People, i weighed 162 lbs NAKED.  which means by now, i weigh closer to 158 lbs or better.  YAY again!  i figured out that with the time i gave myself to reach my goal weight (130 lbs, 2 days before our wedding 🙂  i need to lose 3.75 lbs/month.  that’s not bad, is it?  i love that site.  EVERYTHING is free, and it sets you up with a "healthy living & weight loss plan", gives you a food and calorie tracker, gives you a set amount of calories to burn/week, helps you track THAT … there are articles, recipies, message boards, "SparkMail" … EVERYTHING!!!  it’s great!!  i’ve been bad and not updating my meal tracker lately, but the best thing about the site is it shows you what’s in the foods you eat, and what you SHOULD be eating to give your body the right nutrition AND lose weight.

now all i gotta do is start excersising again, and you can REALLY be proud of me …
