Settled In

Yes, we’re finally settled in. In her last entry, Sharon posted some pictures of our new place. Since then, we’ve added a Christmas tree. I was really wanting a real tree but Sharon had convincing arguments for buying a fake so we went that route. It’s up and decorated and is looking great.

I don’t have alot of time to write in here tonight because I’ve got to work in the morning. I just really wanted to let everyone know that I am alive and will be writing on a more regular basis now. (Who hasn’t heard that one before?)

Welcome back. 🙂 I prefer the real ones too, but I may have to skip a tree this year. I just don’t have the room. That makes me sad. Maybe I’ll get a tiny one.

I agree with you, the only way to go is a real tree. I have to have the fresh smell….

I used to hate fake trees, but when I compared the cost, the environmental impact, and how much time I spent vacuuming up pine needles, I had to go with the artificial one. I hope you got one that has lights on it. That’s my only regret–we didn’t get a pre-lit tree and putting the lights on is a pain in the arse!
